How to Set Up a Synaptico Account

Step 1: Navigate to the Sign-Up Page
  • Go to app.synaptico.io

  • Click on Sign in with your email.

  • If you don't have an account, click on the Sign up link that appears under the sign-in section.

Step 2: Authorize Your Email Address
  • You’ll be prompted to authorize your email. Click Accept to confirm.

  • Check your email inbox for a verification link. Click on the link to verify your account.

Step 3: Sign In to Synaptico
  • Return to app.synaptico.io and select Sign in with your Email.

  • Enter your email and password, then click Continue.

Step 4: Complete Your Profile
  • Fill in all the required fields in your profile.

  • Select the domain you want to use—this is usually the name of your recruitment agency or company.

  • Click Next to continue.

Step 5: Start Your Free Trial
  • For a trial account, click Get Started.

  • Review the order summary, which will indicate a zero cost.

  • Agree to the Synaptico terms and conditions by clicking the checkbox. You can review the terms by clicking on the available link.

  • Click the Get Started button to activate your trial.

Additional Information

Trial Tenancy: Your trial account is yours forever unless you request its closure. When you upgrade to a paid plan, you can configure your email DNS records to send emails from your subdomain (e.g., mail.yourrecruitmentagency.com) instead of using the Synaptico-branded trial email.
